Let me see that pumpkin roll!

For the holidays, a coworker of mine invited me over to learn how to make a pumpkin roll!! 
It was such a delicious treat that I will have to make it again, and I am going to share with you how to make it so you can enjoy it too!!

First you get all the ingredients which includes:
Cake
    1/4 C Sugar   3/4 C All-Purpose Flower   1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda   1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves  1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 Large Eggs   1 C Granulated Sugar   2/3 C Pure Pumpkin in a can
1 C Walnuts (optional)

Filling
1 Pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese at room temperature
1 C Powdered Sugar
6 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine, Softened
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract



Cake:
Preheat oven to 375 F
Grease 15x10 Jelly pan and sprinkle powdered sugar
clean kitchen cloth sprinkle with powdered sugar
Combine
 Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Cloves and Salt
In a small bowl
Combine
Beat Eggs, Granulated Sugar, and Pumpkin until Thick
Then add flour mixture and stir then
Spread prepared mixture evenly into the pan


Bake for 13-15 minutes
Remove from pan onto prepared Kitchen cloth dusted with powder sugar (to prevent sticking)


Roll up cake and towel together, starting with the narrow end and let cool
 Filling:
Beat Cream Cheese, 1 C powdered Sugar, Butter, And Vanilla Extract 
Until Smooth
Carefully unroll Cake and spread cream cheese mixture onto cake
 and re-roll (without the towel silly)

 wrap in plastic wrap until serving time
